Et, au fond, est-ce si grave d’être parfois crédule ?\n\nMevlânâ est célèbre pour son histoire de l’éléphant où chacun décrit cette créature imposante en fonction de la partie qu’il a touchée. Mevlânâ lui-même a été présenté de différentes manières : certains l’ont qualifié d’humaniste, d’autres de panthéiste. Certains ont applaudi l’interdiction des confréries en Turquie, d’autres le maintien de la tradition des « derviches tourneurs ». Pendant ce temps, les fausses croyances se sont répandues, et elles sont souvent tenaces.
